Job Summary:
Coordinate laborers and equipment to renovate interior and exterior elements and structures at various construction sites; ensure that laborers are executing tasks safely and properly
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check with supervisor for morning schedule
- Assess job priorities and assign crews to appropriate job sites
- Ensure that crews have clear directions and all necessary tools and equipment
- Oversee work and ensure that it is executed according to plan and time line
- Ensure that all safety precautions are followed
- Communicate with supervisor regarding job progress
- Help train new laborers
- Ensure that all tools are brought back from job sites
- Hold weekly job site safety meeting and make a record of it in the safety log
Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid U.S. driver's license required
- At least 5 years of demolition experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Degree in construction management or project management preferred
- Must possess good time management and people skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation depends on experience level
- No relocation package; applicants must live within reasonable distance of Company or be willing to relocate at their own expense
