QVC Call Center, West Chester, PA: As a subcontractor of Construction Services Group (CSG), we handled all the interior demolition, including flooring, ceilings and partitions, in a 15,000 square foot call center.

600 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA: As a subcontractor of Philadelphia Management, we worked on the conversion of an 8 story parking garage to a 90 unit apartment building.  Our work included demolition, concrete cutting, new concrete work and masonry.  We cut a 7 story elevator shaft through the parking garage floors.

Waverly Heights Retirement Community, Gladwyne, PA: As a subcontractor of C. Raymond Davis & Sons, Inc., we performed selective demolition on an occupied senior living community.  Our work included concrete cutting and masonry.  This $22M project has multiple phases and spans three years. 

Produce Junction, Glenside, PA: As a subcontractor of Produce Junction, we converted an 8,000 square foot Post Office into a garden center.  Our work included demolition, concrete cutting, new concrete work and masonry.

The Verizon Building, Pittsburgh, PA: As a subcontractor of PMC Property Group, we converted a 184,000 square foot office building to 160 apartments.  We were responsible for all the demolition, concrete cutting, new concrete work and masonry for this project.  We also cut all the structural openings necessary for the conversion.

The Barcade, Philadelphia, PA: As a subcontractor of Madsen, Inc., we performed 75 lineal feet of underground trench work for a bar/arcade.  Our work included concrete cutting and new concrete work. 

Citadel Federal Credit Union, Eagle, PA: As a subcontractor of C. Raymond Davis & Sons, Inc., we performed selective demolition on an 85,000 square foot, 3 story office building.

1325 Enterprise Drive, West Chester, PA: As a subcontractor of D. Howe & Sons Construction, we converted a 56,000 square foot warehouse into a manufacturing facility for a tenant called Technoplast.

Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Strafford, PA: As a subcontractor of Sugartown Construction Co., Inc., we worked on the renovation of a large church.  Our work included concrete cutting and new concrete work.  We added exterior stonework, added concrete stairs to the building entry and built an elevator shaft.
